If you experience any issues with your order, it is important that you notify us within 7 days of receiving your item so that we can address the matter promptly. This allows us to provide a smooth and timely resolution for both you and our store.
In the event that a wrong item is sent, we will arrange to send you the correct item as soon as possible. To facilitate this process, the incorrect item must be returned to us and customers are responsible for covering the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the safe return of the product.
For items that are received with defects or damage, we offer an exchange for the same design and color to ensure you receive a product that meets our quality standards. In situations where the original design or color is no longer available, customers may select an alternative design or color from our current collection. Please note that in such cases, refunds will not be provided but we will work closely with you to help you choose an option that suits your preferences.
Refunds are provided only in situations where an item is lost during transit. In these cases, proof from the courier service may be required to verify the loss before a refund can be processed. Refunds are not available for any other circumstances including change of mind, preference for a different size or color or unavailability of a particular design or style.
All returned items must be in their original condition and packaging to be eligible for exchange. Items that have been worn, washed or altered will not be accepted. Once the returned product has been received and inspected, we will process the exchange and ship the replacement item to you as quickly as possible.
